2.1          Consultation and Assessment: Our experienced professionals will provide personalized consultations and assessments to determine the most suitable treatments for your individual needs. You understand that the recommendations provided are based on the information you provide and our professional expertise.
2.2          Injectables: Our med spa provides injectable treatments, such as dermal fillers and neuromodulators. You acknowledge that results may vary, and individual responses to treatments are unique.
2.3          Aftercare and Maintenance: For many treatments, following proper aftercare instructions is essential to achieve the best results and ensure your safety.  You agree to adhere to any post-treatment guidelines provided by our professionals.
2.4          Appointment Scheduling: You may schedule appointments for our services through various methods, such as phone, website or in-person.  We strive to accommodate your preferred dates and times, but availability may vary.
2.5          Fees and Payment: You agree to pay the fees associated with the services you receive, as outlined in our pricing and payment policies.  We may require a deposit or payment in advance to secure your appointment.

3.   Appointment and Cancellation Policies:

At Mobile MedAesthetics, we value your time and commitment to providing exceptional services.  Please carefully review our appointment and cancellation policies.

3.1          Scheduling Appointments: To schedule an appointment for our med spa services, you may contact us through our website, phone, or in-person.  We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time, subject to availability.
3.2          Appointment Confirmation: We may provide appointment confirmations through email, text, or phone call.  It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is accurate and up to date.
3.3          Cancellation and Rescheduling: We kindly request a minimum of two (2) hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
3.4          Deposits: For certain appointments or services, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.  Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
3.5          Refunds: We strive to ensure your satisfaction, but we are unable to issue refunds for injectable services already rendered. Skincare product refunds are subject to the manufacturer/distributor’s terms. Unredeemed e-gift cards may be refunded for the exact purchase amount within one (1) year from purchase date to the original purchaser.
3.6          Inclement Weather or Emergencies: In the event of inclement weather or emergency, we may adjust our cancellation policy and/or appointment policy.

By scheduling an appointment and using our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our appointment and cancellation policies.  These policies are in place to maintain a fair and efficient scheduling process for all clients.

4.   Medical Disclaimer:

5.   Client Responsibilities:

At Mobile MedAesthetics, we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience.  By using our services, you agree to the following client responsibilities:

5.1          Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your medical history, allergies, medications, and any other relevant health details.  This information is crucial for our professionals to ensure your safety and provide appropriate treatments.
5.2          Informed Consent: Before undergoing any treatment, you will be required to provide informed consent.  This demonstrates your understanding of the treatment, its potential risks, benefits, and alternatives.

7.4          Package and Series Pricing: If you choose to purchase a package or series of treatments, the pricing and terms will be clearly communicated to you.  Any missed or  canceled appointments within a package may affect the total number of treatments included.
7.5          Additional Charges: Depending on the nature of your treatment, there may be additional charges for products, aftercare items, or optional add-on services.  These charges will be explained to you before the service is rendered.
7.6          Currency: All prices are quoted in dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.
7.7          Refunds: We strive to ensure your satisfaction, but we are unable to issue refunds for injectable services already rendered. Skincare product refunds are subject to the manufacturer/distributor’s terms. Unredeemed e-gift cards may be refunded for the entire exact purchase amount within one (1) year from purchase date to the original purchaser.
7.8          Gratuities: Gratuities may be given to our providers at your discretion.
7.9          Promotions and Discounts: From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers.  These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may have expiration dates.

10.   Termination of Services:

At Mobile MedAesthetics, we strive to provide exceptional services to all our clients. However, there may be instances where termination of services is necessary. Please review the following terms regarding the termination of services:

10.1        Right to Terminate: Mobile MedAesthetics reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any client at our discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, cases of inappropriate behavior, violation of our policies, noncompliance with aftercare instructions, or any behavior that compromises the safety or well-being of our providers or other clients.
10.2        Notice of Termination: In cases were termination of services is deemed necessary, we will provide notice to the effected client. The notice may outline the reason for termination and any relevant details.
10.3        Refund Consideration: In some cases, terminated services may be eligible for a partial refund, at Mobile MedAesthetic‘s discretion. Refund consideration will be based on the circumstances leading to termination.
10.4        Client Behavior: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. Any aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior towards our providers or other clients may result in immediate termination of services.
10.5        Noncompliance: Failure to comply with our aftercare instructions, safety guidelines, or other policies may lead to termination of services if it poses a risk to the client’s health, safety or treatment outcomes.
10.6        Outstanding Payments: Termination of services does not relieve the client of any outstanding payment obligations. Any fees or charges incurred prior to termination remain payable.
10.7        Effect of Termination. Upon termination of services, the client’s access to our med spa will be revoked. Any future appointments or treatments will be canceled.
10.8              Appeals: If you believe that the termination of services was unjustified, you may submit an appeal in writing to Mobile MedAesthetics.  We will review the appeal and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

11.   Dispute Resolution:

11.3        Arbitration: If mediation does not lead to a resolution, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration. Arbitration is a private process where an independent arbitrator reviews the case and makes a decision that is legally binding.

11.5        Governing Law: These dispute resolution terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Knoxville, TN.
11.6        Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceedings arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed exclusively in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction of Knoxville, TN.
11.7        Legal Fees: In the event of a dispute, each party shall be responsible for its own attorney’s fees and costs.
